Aug 4, 2006 · F-16E/F Block 60 with EASA radar would own the MiG-21-2000 so much it's not even funny, while the -2000 upgrade is good, it's still no match for a modern 4.25 gen fighter. The Mig-21-2000 upgrade has an option for IAI's EL/M-2032 radar, which AFAICT is used on their F-16I. I'm guessing it's about as good as the system it replaces.
