Maybe they underfilled the transmission fluid. It expands when hot, so you might not have issues unless it's cold or on a slope. If you have the s-tronic transmission, there is a filter. Or if you have the multitronic CVT, then the filter changes aren't part of the serice schedule. You can change them, of course, but Audi doesn't consider it
